Today I am going to be telling you why it would be in your best interests to hire my team to take care of all your real estate needs in the Northern Idaho area.
One reason why you should consider hiring us is because we have a rigorous work schedule that we follow each and every day. We get here at 7:30 every morning and start calling people and prospecting our area for listings. We shoot for everyone to make 120 calls a day, talking to past clients or new ones.
We also only utilize professional photography to list and market our homes with. We realize that the internet is the primary way of showing houses, so we make sure that these homes look attractive to consumers. These things can make a big difference with our buyers, and we realize that. This is only one of many ways we serve our client's interests.

I have also secured some of the best marketing positions in the North Idaho area. My listings are on the best possible print publications to ensure that your home is noticed by as many potential buyers as possible.
Over the 9+ years that I have been involved in real estate, I have collected about 4,000 names or more. When we get a new listing, we have a wealth of potential buyers to choose from in order to get you top dollar on your home.
We also utilize direct mail marketing if our other systems are not reaching the base of clients that we want. This can help capture potential clients whose information we do not yet have.
The rigorous schedule that we follow allows us to prospect, market, and close homes in a satisfactory manner. We have all the systems in place that are necessary to get your house on the market and get it sold quickly and efficiently.


We're not going to just put your home on the MLS, put the sign up, and keep our fingers crossed that it sells. We are going to actively sell your house.
