Ryce Elliott is the president of Benning Construction Company in Atlanta, Georgia. He started his career journey as a laborer at Benning in 1994. His responsibilities include corporate planning, risk analysis, contract review, and pre-construction management. Throughout his career journey of 29 years at Benning, his experience and knowledge are of great value to clients, business associates, and Benning Construction as a whole. He earned a Bachelor of Science from Purdue University and was a US Army veteran.

Throughout the conversation, we collected knowledge on the importance of understanding how different generations process information in different ways.
