Johnny Depp has been in a ton of our favorite movies. Amber Heard has also appeared in various movies. The case they have going on right now in Fairfax is a civil one for defamation. This is a lot different than the cases we handle in the criminal world. However, there are some similarities as the issues surrounding the defamation are focused on domestic violence. In this episode we decided to talk about evidence issues like character evidence and the rule on witnesses. These are a huge part of any trial and we wanted to explain what they are and what our thoughts are for some of the things that have come up in this trial.
