If there is one thing I have learned from this discussion, it was about finding the ability to overcome the fear of failing, if you are consistent, self confident and driven the rest will fall into line. Something so easy to say yet so hard to execute. Which is why Lakshan shared his habits, methods of traversing life - to become the Self Confident, consistent individual you are meant to be.
