Should I thank my Dad or blame him? Some say that the Entrepreneurial Spirit isn't something you are taught, it's something you are born with. Are entrepreneurs born into this world with a special drive and ability to recognize an opportunity? Or can can entrepreneur be created through education, experience and mentorship? Multiple research studies have indicated that there may be an "entrepreneur gene"--or at least that people with certain genetic characteristics and personality traits are more likely to be entrepreneurs than others. For me, I grew up with my Father as my inspiration. He owned his own business for 60+ years before retiring. The hardest working man I have ever known.
