Sometimes with the herd mentality, we can behave in ways that we may not be aware of. Seeing others and online content on how others are behaving can become a subconscious expectation and seeing this we may also follow along.

An interesting question arises. How do we know we are conditioned when we don't know we are conditioned?

It's in moments of reflection that we can pause and think about what we are doing or have done. When we become aware of our behaviours means we have progressed in the direct direction in helping not only our selves but those around us too.
