If there's one thing that is critical to teamwork, it's a common language. If everyone is on the same page, and understands the same concepts, then there is harmony in the communication. One of the key languages that we teach our leadership teams to speak at Durango Joes is DiSC. DiSC is a personality assessment, similar to Meyers-Briggs or Enneagram, that helps our leaders become more self-aware of their strengths and motivations. Used tactfully, it can also help us understand how to approach and interact with one another.

In this episode of the Durango Joes Podcast, we bring our Culture Leader, Tiffany DeBoer, back on the mic to break down what personality assessments are, why we use DiSC, and how we use it to build out teams.
