I had the amazing opportunity this week to host one of my coaches and mentors on my podcast.

Become the coach, mom, business owner, and woman you know you are designed by God to be.
I have witnessed this first hand as she has helped me become a more whole woman.
I have done this through experiencing emotions in my body, not just in my head.
The shift happened almost immediately for me, where I was able to recognize that I needed my body, heart, and mind to all be in alignment in order to progress.
