After years of going the traditional job route Desi-Ann Gordon struggled to find the work life balance, but she never gave up believing there was a better way. In 2016, she discovered that there was another way to earn and have time for family, friends and herself and she wants other women to know it’s possible.
After moving from Trinidad & Tobago to Israel with her husband she began to explore the idea of working online freelancing in 2016. After successfully becoming an online freelancer many women in her community were inspired and they reached out to her to find out what she did. Shortly thereafter, she developed ‘The Successful Virtual Assistant Academy’.
Now, Desi-Ann trains women to fulfill their dreams of enjoying work-life harmony!
