Tim talks about the challenges that a second year festival faces and shares the experience of putting together a festival NOT knowing whether or not it will be receiving the funding grant requested from the Ontario Government. Tim also talks about the need to forge a strong partnership base with local stakeholders to ensure the success of a festival in the community.
