In this week’s episode, co-hosts Mark Edgar and Naomi Titleman have the opportunity to catch-up and to give their views on SHRM’s decision to take the E out of DEI as announced here:

https://www.linkedin.com/posts/shrm_shrm24-inclusionanddiversity-workplacechange-activity-7216474717606608900-gU-H/

At the SHRM conference in July, SHRM President & CEO Johnny C. Taylor Jr announced that:

“We're going to lead with inclusion, because we need a world where inclusion is front and center. And that means inclusion for all, not some people. Everyone has a right to feel that they belong in the workplace and that they are included.”

We provide our views and share our insights on why organizations need to maintain a focus on this important topic.
