Biden-appointed special counsel Jack Smith indicted President Trump on a total of 41 different counts, including conspiracy to defraud the United States and the mishandling of classified documents. It’s all nonsense and legally baseless, of course. But we now know that, in the course of Smith’s investigations, he issued a search warrant to Twitter seeking vast quantities of information about Americans who interacted with Trump on Twitter. The details are shocking, but one thing is clear: The Democrats and the radical left view the law as nothing more than a weapon to wield against their political opponents.

Then, in our deep-dive segment, Chinese Dictator for Life Xi Jinping meets with Joe Biden in San Francisco. Biden is showing weakness and refusing to treat the Chinese Community Party like the enemy that it is. It’s a huge mistake, and a very dangerous one.
