Elpida, aka Hope, as per the meaning of her Greek name, brings to coaching more than 20 years of experience in corporate communication and international relations, of which 10 years abroad. Curiosity, her personal self-discovery quest and growth mindset, initially led her to coactive coaching. Deep-diving into her own healing and personal development journey, then led her to somatics and Strozzi Institute.
As a Communication & Embodied Leadership Coach, CPCC and ICF Certified, she currently lives in Athens, Greece with her husband and enjoys working with people from all over the world.
