December is here, and if you’re anything like me, it’s crunch time! 🎄 Between four family birthdays, holiday parties, Christmas gift shopping, and hosting festive get-togethers, life is BUSY. Add in all the usual tasks like cooking meals, laundry 🧺, and just keeping everyone alive—and it’s easy to feel like you’re running on fumes.

So here’s the big question: What do you cut when everything feels important? 🤔

In this episode, I’m sharing 5 practical steps to help you release stress, ditch the busy, and still get the most important things done.
