This is the movie version of a kid asking his parents for something (Slings & Arrows) and the parents going "we've got that at home" (The Scottish Play).
Come for the Geracteristics and the very talented American (!!) actor doing a perfect RP British accent.
Don't try to think too hard about the plot, though. You'll get a brain bleed.
