Lester Kiewit speaks to Dr Armand Bam, Head of Social Impact and Senior Lecturer at Stellenbosch Business School and former Executive Director of The League of Friends of the Blind. They discuss the Constitutional Court once again having to step in to confirm the rights of the blind and visually impaired. The government has been tasked with amending laws which trample on the rights of the blind but has not yet given the green light to the new version.
