My name is Imma De Stefano. I come from the picturesque town of Sorrento on the southern coast of Italy. As a personal chef, I bring the warmth and authenticity of Italian cuisine to your tables.

My journey in the world of food began in my family’s kitchen (mom, aunts, grandmothers) where I learned the timeless recipes and culinary traditions that have been passed down through generations. My commitment is preserving the authenticity of Italian cuisine, but also giving my own spin to them, thanks to all the culinary influences I have been exposed to since moving to the States in 2000.

My love for food and pastries is not just a career; it's a lifelong devotion. With each meal I prepare, I like to invite you on a journey good for your palate and for your soul.

When I moved here I decided to transform my passion into a job. I went to Culinary Arts and I got my degree. In the meantime I started to work as a pastry chef in a small bakery. Since we were moving often, I decided to start my career as a personal chef. I would have had the opportunity to work without being attached to one place.

I still got any opportunity I found to work in different environments to better myself.

I worked as a chef instructor for the Viking Cooking School in Texas, where I realised how much I love teaching how to cook.

I worked in a cupcake place, and I realized that I have fun creating new flavours.

I worked as a pastry chef in a small Mexican restaurant, where I fell in love for Mexican food and I started to dream about having my own bakery.

Nowadays I realized that being a personal chef is truly my calling: I am able to cater to all the things I love doing, and create something unique for my clients.
