Sarah's journey toward holistic well-being began in 2010 while working for a yoga company. In this role, she organized transformative events that merged healing and growth, inspired by the founding philosophies of yoga. Influenced by her upbringing in Virginia Beach and diverse experiences while living across the U.S., she honed her understanding of human energy in Austin, Texas, under the guidance of an Energy Worker and Aura Photographer. Now, through her unique Aura Photography approach, Sarah helps individuals gain self-awareness, guiding them toward intentional shifts in their personal journeys for balanced and purposeful lives.
