Back in 2016, Christoph was looking for help with european VAT for e-commerce on a Facebook group. There were no easy solution and each country has its own regulation. 2 other guys on that Facebook group were facing the same problem and were ready to find a solution. None of them is a technical guy and they managed to get their first paying customer with just a paypal button on a website!
