Hi guys! Ahh self love. My favorite topic to talk about. In fact, without the foundation of it there would be nothing else I could be talking about in the first place. And without self love, this whole podcast wouldn't exist. The endless energy one gets out of loving themselves will enable them to move mountains. If you answer the question of who your favorite person in the whole world is with yourself - you won. You need to fill up your own cup before pouring into other's cups. Therefore, sleeping on yourself, neglecting your needs and overstepping your boundaries will lead you nowhere near a fulfilled life. Tune in and learn the importance of self love, what it looks like to implement it in your day to day life and how everything inside and around you changes as soon as you choose to put yourself first.
