#47 - Drinking and Sobriety with Brian Buzgo

I have been wanting to do this episode since I started Guyset and am so happy I found the right guy to do it with, my friend Brian Buzgo. He stopped drinking a little over 5 months ago and is here to share what the experience has been like for him and how it has positively affected his life.

Drinking is at the center of our 20s and realizing that it's holding you back or negatively impacting your life and doing something about it is incredibly difficult. It is so hard to go against the norm and choose the thing that's best for you (and commit to it) especially when it's the opposite of what everyone else is doing.

I really wanted to get this one right and do this topic justice by bringing on a different perspective than mine and hear from someone who has decided to take the opposite path.

In this episode, we also talk about his new job, his transition from college to the real world, and his living situation.
