After Salvador Allende's presidency in Chile and the coup that deposed him, one man rose to power: Augusto Pinochet. A figure shrouded in ambiguity until the devastating consequences of his rule unfolded. His regime unleashed a reign of terror, marked by thousands of deaths, disappearances, and widespread repression, revealing the true extent of his ruthless authoritarianism.
