Meltdown Comics History of the Batman Ep 28 - When World's Finest Meet: When Henry Cavill's Clark Kent and Ben Affleck's Bruce Wayne met for the first time in the latest trailer for Zack Snyder's live action film "Batman V Superman: Dawn of Justice", there was tremendous tension between these two titans of the DC Universe. However, this animosity was not present when Superman and Batman first teamed up way back in 1941. In fact, their initial decades long relationship in comic books centered on friendship and a common purpose of fighting for the greater good. In this week's episode, my co-host Adam Silverstein and I highlight and dissect the new 3 minute trailer for the March 25, 2016 film and discuss several instances when the Dark Knight and the Man of Steel meet in various media over the last 75+ years!
