Hosers Panel is back one week out from the NHL Trade deadline and start off by discussing the Tim Peel hot mic/firing situation that we somehow forgot to talk about last week. Next, a couple of the biggest NHL stars found themselves in hot water with the League as both Nathan MacKinnon and Connor McDavid received fines for their actions on the ice this past week. We discuss the fines, if suspensions should have been handed out, as well as what special treatment, if any, should NHL stars receive from the league and on-ice officials. Some of the top NCAA prospects have officially signed with their NHL teams creating the next wave of stars seeming to be on their way to the Show, and making their impact felt in the very near future! The Habs trade for Eric Staal immediately pays dividends for them as he scores the OT winner in his first game in the Red and Blue. As always, Hosers Big 3 caps off the episode as we look back at the standout performances from the past week.
