Today's episode is raw, real, & unedited. This is the first episode in a new mini series detailing out my journey in therapy for parenting & discipline. I hope this episode helps other mommas see they are not alone. I hope that you will stay with me on this journey and see how far I can come. Because I wanted to keep it authentic, I did this episode with zero pre-planned talking points/script, zero editing, & zero planning. The result is authentic but comes with dogs in the background, lots of uhms, and all over the board thoughts.
