The unwavering support of my loved ones became my anchor, reminding me of the importance of a cautious approach to regaining my strength and momentum.
As I emerged from this medical rollercoaster, life threw more challenges my way, from my daughter's illness to a series of domestic mishaps. Yet, the excitement of returning to my podcast and reconnecting with you, my audience, fueled my resilience.
