In this episode, guest hosts Pauline James and David Creelman look at actions HR can take to support the onset of AI role in the organization. They dive into ways AI is enabling organizations to automate workflows and perform analyses not possible before the use of machine learning and deep language models.
Their guest this time is Shingai Manjengwa, Head of AI Education at ChainML. Shingai also serves as a Board Member for The Institute on Governance and is the founder of Fireside Analytics Inc, an organization dedicated to providing education aimed at fostering data and tech literacy.
