Under her leadership, Dove House has expanded its capacity by 60% and increased its budget by 500% over the past eight years. Wendy's career has been marked by a deep commitment to advocating for women, with past roles at The Julian Center, the Domestic Violence Network of Indianapolis, and Susan G. Komen for the Cure.
Dove House offers free housing, trauma therapy, life skills training, and more to women in need, empowering them for up to two years. Wendy’s unwavering leadership has earned her recognition, including the 2023 IBJ Women of Influence Award. With passion and purpose, she continues to drive the mission of Dove House, changing lives one woman at a time.
