On today's Indypendent News Hour, our hosts John Tarleton and Ariana Orozco will discuss yesterday's Daniel Penny not guilty verdict with Chris Neely, uncle of Jordan Neely, and radical lawyer Eileen Weitzman, both of whom attended the trial and have been closely monitoring its progress. We will also speak with Malika Conner of the Right to Counsel NYC Coalition and a tenant leader from a Community Action for Safe Housing (CASA), an advocacy group in the South Bronx, about the lack of adequate legal counsel for tenants who are being taken to housing court by their landlords.
