Episode 12: Processing Exercise - In and Through the Transformation Cauldron
Manage episode 440510291 series 3563106
Today’s episode of the Initiations in Love podcast is a follow-up to our previous episode: How I Finally Stopped ‘Looking for The One’ with Bonnie Serratore. Britta reads a story from her new spiritual memoir, Initiations in Love, entitled, “Facing the Demon”, where she shares one of the first times in her life she consciously faced a difficult and angst-ridden situation of her life, head on. She then guides the listener through a journaling exercise to explore their current relationship with the theme of “Looking for The One”.
Listeners are invited to approach a particular challenge in their life with compassion and curiosity, to listen - and give voice - to their feelings around it, and to discern what possible invitation or gift there might be in it.
