Jim has served with The Navigators Military Ministry since retiring from the Army in 2016. He is also a strengths leadership coach with WeAlign where he helps people discover, develop and deploy their unique, God-given talents. Originally from Cincinnati Ohio, Jim, his wife Wendy, and their four children live in Clarksville, TN.
