After a personal tweet calling for an end to occupation, apartheid, and ethnic cleansing in Palestine, his employment was terminated. Noor now serves as the Co-Director of The Civilian Agenda, an organization producing documentaries that highlight armed conflict and the urgent need for civilian protection.
