Being a leader making leader starts with looking inward and leaning into growth and development of yourself. Leadership is not a position, it's a reflection of people wanting to follow you, and that takes a desire to consistently strive to become a version of yourself. Personal development is a lifelong process that great leaders embrace within themselves and within their teams.
The team also discusses trends they are seeing in the workplace including burnout, people feeling overwhelmed and being stuck not knowing how to move forward. Combating these barriers is important as we develop healthy cultures and effective teams. And since every organization is a reflection of their leader, the leader must go first.
