I provide some back story as to how this podcast came to be and what I hope for it to
accomplish. I also list fifteen characteristics of Christian women who lead with confidence.
As you listen to this episode, it might be helpful to do so with pen and paper on hand because
I would like for you to note which of the fifteen characteristics you are already rocking, and
which might need some work.

Leadership is a journey; it is not a destination, so it is expected that you will have some areas
of growth, no matter how long you have been a leader. You are in good company there! I am
constantly working on my leadership skills and learning from others too.

After listening to this episode, make a list of those areas in which you do not feel confident and
why. Give this list to God and commit to working on one thing that will take you further on the
journey of leadership. I want to help you build a solid foundation upon which your leadership
can stand tall.
