The most difficult client to lead is ourselves. This episode our Host turns the mirror on Leaders who lead themselves with some key tools and tips that will tame habits and over ride them with disciplines needed to move self and team forward. Freedom and Flexibility are not free if we don't use them on ourselves to show up as personally respectful of self as we are for mandated 9-5 opportunities. A few systems and tools here and there will make all the difference in productivity. Ok, new CEO and Entrepreneur, let's get out your pen and paper as we go over time saving tools such as the all in or all out day and big circles and zig and zag daily schedules.
