Do you believe Britain should have more directly elected officials? Have Police and Crime Commissioners been a failure or is there a middle ground that can be reached?
In this episode David and John are joined by Els Otterman an elected water board representative from Water Natuurlijk in The Netherlands.
Given the dire state of British water infrastructure, and the massive campaign the Lib Dem have been doing on the sewage scandal, we wanted to hear from a country that is doing things a little differently.
