Just like a magnet, you attract things into your life. So, pay attention to how you feel in each moment, because you actually attract what you feel. If you are feeling happy, you are attracting more happiness! Segment intending allows us to consciously decide how we want to feel in the next moment (or segment), claim that for ourselves, and then step into that next moment knowing and trusting it will be.
