Please welcome my beautiful friend Ryan as we discuss the importance of clean up, wake up, grow up and show up. This episode will explain why some spiritual leaders, authors, teachers or speakers are.. well.. conflicted. Or still deeply trigger, corrupt etc. While their messages are truthful, they might do, promote or say (or not say) things that make your spidy sense tingle and your head turn in shock. This is because they haven’t done the clean up, wake up, grow up and then show up. This comes from the teachings of Ken Wilber and Ryan so eloquently explains these 4 stages of human development for us. Ryan and I also discuss the 3 telltale signs that signal when someone is not aligned with truth. I also share some insights on the importance and power of embodiment (show up) as this can be one of the hardest parts for humanity to innerstand.
