If you're plugged in to social media, 24 hour news and other media outlets it's probable you live in a state of panic, fear and dread. In fact, that's exactly where they want you because they can sell you what they're selling if they can keep you in that survival state. The problem is that living in a constant state of "fight or flight" is literally killing you and you are giving them the chance to decide how you feel and interact with your world every day.
But there is a better way.
