1/2 oz Amer or Amaro
1/2 oz Punt e Mes
Orange Peel to Garnish
Stir the alcohol in a mixer with ice and pour into a coup glass. Flame the underside of the orange peel and express the oils into the cocktail before dropping the orange peel into the cocktail.
Tip: Eat the orange while drinking the cocktail. Much better.
