Im joined once again by Justin Lovato from Nirvana Mind & Body, on the lost and found podcast. Justin shares a recent story of a situation that he experienced which was very challenging where he really had to apply his beliefs and teaching to come out the other side of it.
It's a great example of how we actually have to live and be thing we are talking about and it's only when we embody the teachings of love and presence that we evolve in our level of consciousness.
This was really the resounding message from this episode with Justin - to be love, to be present and from that place we can forgive. And it's with forgiveness that we set ourselves free.
