In this episode, Colette Phillips joins us to share her unique approach to diversity, equity and inclusion – or DEI – training. You’ll learn some of the leadership tips and tricks from her book, The Includers. And she’ll also share some best practices for making sure the DEI message doesn’t get lost in buzzwords and in-fighting. You’ll walk away with a better understanding of what DEI trainings are supposed to accomplish… and how to call in, not out, the white male leaders in your workspace.
