The Men of Iron BODcast is back with Justin and Roman! In the month of June we will be talking all about fitness and why it matters. How do we glorify God with our fitness? What does the Bible say about health and wellness? Fitness is more than just going to the gym, we need to think of fitness through a wholistic lens. Sleep, stress, mental health, nutrition, mobility, weights, cardio, etc. It's a topic that the Church often ignores. Men, in order to live out the purpose God has for you, your physical and mental health matter! What are some reasons men haven't prioritized fitness? Life is too busy, don't know where to start, it costs money or maybe it causes pain. As we read in 1 Corinthians 6:19, "You are not your own; you were bought at a price. Therefore honor God with your bodies." Fitness matters because of the Gospel, you were bought at a price, so honor God with your body. If you have struggled with your fitness for years it can feel overwhelming or intimidating to know where to start.
