Roberto and Elise explore what it takes to be a better customer. Is being a better customer tied to the lessons we were taught as children about manners? First lesson: Put things back where they belong. Second lesson: Stay off your phone while paying at the register. Third lesson: Don’t litter. Fourth lesson: Corral your children.
