Moments matter! Moments involve our thoughts, choices, decisions, actions, and experiences. And when we make the most of these moments, we experience joy and a sense of purpose in our lives.

In today’s Monday Morning Moments podcast, I share some thoughts and tips on how to make the most of your moments based on my experiences in working with several volleyball teams including the UT Tyler and Fulshear volleyball programs!

Show Notes:

  • Moments Matter!
  • Start Strong, build momentum in the middle, respond to the moments that demand a response, and FINISH Strong.
  • Play with Joy and focus.
  • Enjoy the moments
  • Smile
  • Focus on what matters, what you can control.
  • Act like whatever happens is exactly what was supposed to happen and move on to the present moment.
  • Whatever you are thinking about regarding your moment, know that this day, this week, the rest of this year, and the rest of your life matters.

New Episodes of the Monday Morning Moments Podcast are released every Monday on your favorite podcast platforms as well as on YouTube. We also release The Coach’s Corner segment on Thursdays. You can subscribe below and never miss a new episode.
