The surf conditions for today are as follows:
Swell height: 3 to 4+ feet
Swell period: 10 seconds
Swell direction: Southeast
Wind speed: 10 to 20 knots
Wind direction: East-Northeast
Based on these conditions, I would recommend the following surf spots:
Ditch Plains
Gurney's
Montauk Point
Please be aware that there is a sideshore current today, so be careful and surf within your limits.
