The Spirit-Led Church is a church where members are growing in their ability to hear and discern the still-speaking voice of God, in a way that transforms them to love with Spirit-empowered love. It is a church where people look honestly at themselves, their community, and their world, and they deeply lament every place where sin, evil and injustice have taken hold. The Spirit-Led Church is a church that is not afraid to linger in lament.
The Spirit-Led Church is also a church where Spirit-empowered and Jesus-shaped hope take root out of that lament, and brings kingdom inspired transformation and change to the glory of God. It is a church informed and empowered by the still-speaking voice of God to bring Jesus’ saving, healing, and delivering power, grace and love to every place and to every person that it reaches.
