Short answer? You don't! You just have to do it. And keep doing it. And TRUST that it IS working. If you commit to your visualizations, vibration, practice, and stick with it, your manifestations have no choice but to manifest.
So how do you get into that sweet spot? Where your mind and body really FEEL like you are experiencing your desires? You try. You commit. You use your imagination. You assign the feelings you are hoping to feel when you receive your desires, and feel deeply into them. So deeply that your body can't tell the difference whether it is happening now or not. And...keep doing it! Don't stop. Even if it feels silly. Even if you feel like it's not working, it is. It always is. Keep going. Keep trying. Keep taking one step closer to your manifestations and before you know it, everything you desire will be yours.
