Recently, Patty had the pleasure of being a witness in an INTERPLEADER.
A client terminated her contract within the due diligence/contingency period, and the seller refused to release the escrow/binder deposit.
The buyer and seller were now defendants in an INTERPLEADER hearing.
Tuyer believed they were in the right. The seller also believed they were in the right.
