PNN w/Jeanine Molloff - POTUS 'Absolute Immunity' case is asinine and dangerous.

This week I will discuss how the Supreme Court or SCOTUS has manufactured an unecessary delay in the "presidential absolute immunity" case. In truth, this case should have been LAUGHED out of court. It is the very personification of a 'frivolous' case, yet the Supremes took this asinine case. I will make the case for disbarring the attorneys who brought this ludicrous argument. Reading from a piece I published earlier in NewsBreak, Nation of Change and Eurasia Review, I will describe the danger of this argument. Not only should Trump's legal team face discipline, but so should conservatives on the court for granting any modicum of purchased 'legitimacy' for this garbage argument engineered to create a presidential dictatorship. Ironically, I will be attending a debate at the St. Louis branch of the Federalist Society featuring the candidates for the Missouri Attorney General's race. One of the Republican candidates is also a member of the Trump legal team making the 'absolute immunity' bromide--Will Scharf. I will be reporting on that debate later in the week.
